Sea View Developments Projects
Sea View Developments is an Egyptian company established in January 2016 as a joint venture through Eidar Sea View Real Estate & Marketing, a subsidiary of Eidar Real Estate, with an authorized capital of EGP 100 million. The company was founded to develop tourist housing projects and serves as the main developer of the Hawaii Sahl Hasheesh project in Hurghada.
Sea View has developed a project spanning approximately 20,600 m² in Hurghada under the name Hawaii, comprising 281 units (apartments, chalets, and villas). The company collaborated with Hussein Sabbour Consulting Office for engineering consultancy and Fine & Home for interior design.
In addition, Sea View holds a diversified portfolio of international projects. Since 2014, it has signed marketing contracts for over 35 real estate projects, covering residential and hotel compounds.
