1. Purpose

Aqar Sky aims to publish real estate information that is useful traceable and responsibly presented.
This policy explains how we verify data before publishing or updating it what sources we rely on and how we handle corrections.

Our commitment is transparency. We show what we know how we know it and what we cannot fully confirm yet.

2. What We Verify

We verify website data across these categories.

A. Project and Compound Data

  • Developer name project identity and phase when applicable

  • Location and area such as city and region

  • Unit types such as apartment villa townhouse and similar

  • Delivery timelines when available

  • Amenities and features such as clubhouse security parking and similar

  • Payment plan structure including installment duration and down payment ranges when confirmed

B. Unit Listings Primary and Resale

  • Unit type size bedrooms bathrooms and finishing level when applicable

  • Location including project or compound and area

  • Availability indicators where possible

  • Resale asking price treated as market indication unless verified by evidence

C. Price and Financial Data

  • Starting prices ranges down payments and installment duration

  • Temporary offers or promotions only when verified

D. Editorial and Content Claims

  • Market context factual statements numbers and timelines referenced in guides or news

3. Source Reliability Hierarchy

Not all sources carry the same reliability. We apply a tiered approach.

Tier 1 Official Primary Sources

  • Official developer or company channels

  • Official price sheets

  • Official brochures

  • Verified written confirmations

Tier 2 Direct Sales Confirmation

  • Sales teams or authorized partners when supported by evidence such as documented offers or written confirmations

Tier 3 Market Secondary Signals Indicative

  • Owners brokers user submissions and secondary market signals

  • Used mainly to indicate ranges or market direction and not treated as definitive facts

We avoid publishing unverified rumors as factual data.

4. Verification Methods We Use

We use practical verification steps based on the data type.

A. Cross Validation

When feasible we compare the same data point across multiple sources such as official statements plus sales confirmation.

B. Consistency and Plausibility Checks

We review for obvious issues such as

  • Wrong currency

  • Missing zeros or formatting errors

  • Pricing that contradicts the stated payment plan

  • Amenities listed that conflict with the project profile

C. Evidence Based Updates for Material Changes

If a major change occurs such as a large price shift or major amenity change we seek stronger confirmation before updating it as verified.

D. Timestamping and Update Logging

We record internally

  • What was changed

  • Source tier used

  • Date received

  • Update date shown on the page or in metadata

5. Verification Labels

To make verification clearer to users Aqar Sky may use labels such as

  • Verified confirmed through Tier 1 sources or strong evidence based confirmation

  • Partially Verified some elements confirmed and others awaiting confirmation

  • User Submitted provided by users owners or brokers and treated as indicative

  • Under Review data reported or flagged and being checked

6. User Submitted Listings and Resale Data

User submitted and resale information can vary. When applicable we may perform

  • A quick confirmation call

  • A basic plausibility check such as size location and unit type

  • Evidence requests for high impact claims such as official price or guaranteed availability

Even after checks resale data remains market driven and can change quickly.

7. Editorial Integrity Guides and News

When we publish guides or news content

  • We aim to separate facts from opinion or analysis

  • We avoid definitive claims without evidence

  • We update or correct factual errors when confirmed

  • We avoid exaggerated certainty on volatile data especially pricing

8. Handling Errors Discrepancies and Corrections

If we detect an issue or receive a credible report

  • We review the reported page and the claim

  • We request supporting evidence if needed

  • We validate using the source hierarchy

  • We update the page and log the change internally

If verification is not possible we may remove the specific claim such as a numeric price and replace it with a contact prompt for the latest confirmed details.

9. Data Limitations and Disclaimers

Real estate data changes frequently. Therefore

  • Some information may be estimated or subject to availability

  • Prices offers and payment plans can change without prior notice

  • Final details should be confirmed directly before making decisions

We do not claim perfect accuracy at all times. We commit to responsible verification and transparent updates.

10. Privacy and Responsible Use of Information

  • We do not publish sensitive personal information from user submitted listings

  • Any contact details shown publicly must follow consent and privacy guidelines

  • Submitted data may be reviewed and edited for clarity safety and compliance
