1. Purpose
Aqar Sky publishes price related information to help users compare options and understand market context for compounds and real estate in Egypt. Real estate prices can change frequently. This document explains

Our goal is to make pricing information clearer more traceable and less misleading.
2. What “Price” Means on Aqar Sky
Depending on the available data for a project or unit we may display one or more of the following

Starting Price or From
The lowest currently available price point we have confirmed or reasonably validated at the time of update -
Price Range
A range used when availability varies significantly across unit types phases or payment plans -
Down Payment Minimum
The lowest down payment option available at the time of update when confirmed -
Installment Duration
Number of years or months for installment plans when confirmed -
Price per sqm
Displayed only when we can validate the calculation basis or the source format
Important: the final price may differ based on unit type size floor view phase availability payment plan promotions delivery timelines and any additional fees.
3. Data Source Hierarchy
We prioritize sources by reliability and do not treat all sources as equal.
Tier 1 Official Primary Sources

Official developer channels

Direct confirmations from the developer or the company responsible for sales

Documented official updates when available
Tier 2 Direct Sales Confirmation

Pricing provided by sales teams or authorized partners when supported by evidence such as written confirmation a documented offer or a price list snapshot
Tier 3 Market Secondary Signals Indicative Only

Resale and secondary market inputs from owners brokers or users

Used mainly to indicate a market range and not treated as definitive pricing
If we cannot validate the price to a reasonable level we may display a contact prompt instead of publishing a numeric price.
4. Verification Process
When a price is added or updated we follow a structured process
Source Logging
We record internally the source tier date received and price type such as starting range down payment installments or similar.
Sanity Check
We compare against relevant context to catch obvious errors such as wrong currency missing zeros or mismatched unit types.
Material Change Handling
If a change is unusually large or sudden we seek additional confirmation when feasible before publishing it as a clean update.
Timestamping
We aim to display a last updated date on the relevant page or within its metadata.
5. How Often Prices Are Updated
We update prices through three channels

Scheduled reviews of key projects and high traffic pages

Confirmed updates whenever we receive credible new pricing information

User reports when users report a discrepancy and we validate it
If updated pricing cannot be verified adequately we may temporarily remove the numeric price and replace it with a contact prompt until verification is complete.
6. How We Present Prices
To reduce misleading information and improve clarity we follow these principles

Exchange rates can fluctuate and the original source currency remains the reference point

Conversion is provided for convenience and is not a guarantee of payment currency or contract currency
8. Resale Listings and User Submitted Listings
For resale and user submitted listings

We may perform basic verification depending on available information

Resale prices reflect seller expectations and can vary significantly

We may label such prices as indicative and recommend confirming details directly
9. Handling Discrepancies Errors and Corrections
If we identify an error or receive credible evidence of an outdated or incorrect price

We verify the claim based on the source hierarchy and evidence quality

We update the page and record the change internally

If verification is not possible we may temporarily replace the numeric price with a contact prompt
10. Conflicts of Interest and Editorial Independence
Aqar Sky’s goal is user trust. We do not allow commercial considerations to override pricing accuracy or transparency.
Regardless of any commercial relationships our verification standards and accuracy rules remain consistent.
